Terms of Service

CiteCraft monitors how AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI, and others we may add) respond to prompts you configure, and reports whether and how your brand is mentioned or cited. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be legally able to enter into contracts. One person or organization per account; you may track multiple brands where your plan allows.

Use CiteCraft only to monitor brands you own or are authorized to monitor (for example, as an agency for a client). You may not use the service to abuse, probe, or overload the AI platforms we query, to scrape or resell our data feeds wholesale, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other customers.

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, after which scanning pauses and your data is retained. Plan limits (brands, prompts, scan frequency) are enforced automatically. Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice before your next renewal.

Scan results reproduce answers generated by third-party AI systems. That content is not ours, may be inaccurate, and can change at any time. An answer we record today may differ from what any user sees tomorrow. CiteCraft measures visibility trends; it does not guarantee that any AI platform will mention or cite your brand.

You keep all rights to the information you enter. We keep all rights to the CiteCraft software, dashboards, and analysis methodology. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is in good standing.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on scan data.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections 5 to 7 survive termination.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions: hello@citecraft.ai.
